This course combines eLearning with immersive Virtual Reality training and assessment to prepare learners for the real-world risks associated with tailings storage facilities and catwalks.
The VR component allows learners to step into a realistic, controlled environment where they can identify hazards, apply the correct PPE, make safety decisions and demonstrate effective risk controls without being exposed to actual workplace hazards.
More than simply testing theoretical knowledge, the VR assessment enables learners to demonstrate what they would actually do in a real-world situation, providing a practical and engaging way to assess competency.
